<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bu röleler, demiryolu sinyalizasyonunun&nbsp;<strong>altın standardıdır</strong>&nbsp;ve yüzyıllık mühendislik mirasına dayanır.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Yerçekimi Güvenliği (Örn: Mors Smitt N.S1):</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bobin enerjisi kesildiğinde kontakların açılması pürüzsüz bir yay kuvvetine değil, bizzat <strong>yerçekimine</strong> emanet edilir.</li>



<li>Yay yorulabilir veya kırılabilir, ancak <strong>yerçekimi asla kaybolmaz.</strong></li>



<li>Bu nedenle röleler her zaman tasarımda belirtilen <strong>belirli bir dikey yönde</strong> monte edilmek zorundadır.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Karbon-Gümüş Kontak Teknolojisi (Örn: Clearsy RS4):</strong></p>

<li>Kontak uçlarından biri gümüş, diğeri karbon (grafit) alaşımlı malzemeden üretilir.</li>



<li>Karbon yapısı gereği gümüşe <strong>kaynamaz</strong>; bu durum kontakların yapışmasını metalürjik olarak engeller.</li>



<li>Kontak yapışması fiziksel olarak neredeyse imkansız hale getirilir.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="end%C3%BCstriyel-emniyet-r%C3%B6leleri-zorlamal%C4%B1-k%C4%B1lavuzlama">Endüstriyel Emniyet Röleleri: Zorlamalı Kılavuzlama</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">EN 61810-3 (eski EN 50205) standardına göre üretilen bu röleler, tamamen farklı bir güvenlik stratejisi izler. Dold, Finder ve Arteche gibi firmaların bu sınıfta endüstri standardı haline gelmiş ürünleri mevcuttur.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mekanik Bağlantı Prensibi:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Normalde Açık (NO) ve Normalde Kapalı (NC) kontaklar mekanik bir çubukla (tarak) birbirine kilitlenmiştir.</li>



<li>Bir NO kontak yüksek akımdan ötürü yapışırsa, mekanik çubuk NC kontağın kapanmasını ve sistemin güvensiz duruma geçmesini <strong>fiziksel olarak engeller.</strong></li>



<li>Standardın gereği olarak kontaklar arasında en az 0.5 mm boşluk garantisi sağlanır.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Çıkarım:</strong>&nbsp;Endüstriyel emniyet röleleri kendi başlarına SIL seviyesine sahip değildir. Bir sistemin SIL 4 hedeflediği durumlarda ancak; yedeklilik, geri okumaya dayalı teşhis, arıza varsayımları ve ortaya çıkan emniyet gerekçesi dahil olmak üzere mimarinin tamamı ilgili CENELEC yaşam döngüsüne göre değerlendirilip bağımsız emniyet değerlendiricisi tarafından kabul edildiğinde parçası olabilirler. Aşağıda anlatılan 1oo2 ve geri okuma deseni, bu mimarinin olağan başlangıç noktasıdır; değerlendirmenin yerine geçmez.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="mimari-%C3%A7%C3%B6z%C3%BCm-ve-operasyonel-mant%C4%B1k">Mimari Çözüm ve Operasyonel Mantık</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pazarda iki farklı güvenlik mimarisi mevcuttur. Biri güvenliği &#8220;satın almayı&#8221;, diğeri ise güvenliği &#8220;inşa etmeyi&#8221; temel alır.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="yakla%C5%9F%C4%B1m-a-bile%C5%9Fen-seviyesi-mimari">Yaklaşım A: Bileşen-Seviyesi Mimari</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bu yaklaşım, ürünün kendisini sertifikalı bir kara kutu olarak konumlandırır. Röle, donanım tasarımı ve üretim aşamasında SIL 4 şartlarına göre tasarlanmış, dahili yedekliliğe ve fail-safe yeteneğine sahip mühürlü bir ünitedir.</p>

<li><strong>Çalışma Prensibi:</strong> Entegratör, röleyi standart endüstriyel röle mantığıyla sürer. Ürünün güvenlik kanıt dosyası doğrudan üretici tarafından sağlanmıştır.</li>



<li><strong>Kablolama:</strong> Sadece çekici bobin ve iletim kontak uçları bağlanır. Harici bir kontrol kablosuna veya emniyet PLC&#8217;si tarafında özel bir izleme yazılımına ihtiyaç duymaz.</li>



<li><strong>İç Mekanizma:</strong> Röle içindeki mekanizma ve yerçekimi konfigürasyonu, kontakların yapışma riskini kendi içinde elimine eder.</li>

<li><strong>Geri Okuma (Readback):</strong> Rölelerin kapalı (NC) kontakları güvenlik PLC&#8217;sinin dijital giriş kartına (DI) bağlanarak rölelerin mekanik durumu anlık izlenir.</li>

<li><strong>Denetim Lojiği:</strong> Emniyet PLC&#8217;si, sahaya sürme komutunu göndermeden önce mutlaka NC kontaklarının durumunu doğrular. Eğer sahaya enerji verilmediği halde kontak açık görünüyorsa (bir yapışma sendromu), sistem sürüşü reddeder ve güvenli duruma kitlenir.</li>
