Across 10 years of customer-facing technical operations and solution delivery, I have focused my last 3 years on industrial software and applications, ERP and traceability systems, IT/OT integration, and technical pre-sales. This industrial layer stands on a deep operations foundation: lightweight ERP, MES-style traceability and service-lifecycle systems built around 25,000 devices at HSR, and a 200,000-device after-sales operation supported at Biztech.
