Across 10 years of customer-facing technical operations, process building, installation, testing, and solution delivery experience, I have focused my last 3 years on systems integration, practical solution design, technical discovery, demo/PoC support, and technical pre-sales. Building practical solution structures, validating technical assumptions, and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared technical language is my natural working mode. The systems discipline I developed while running HSR’s 25,000-device technical service and spare-parts operation, and while supporting Biztech’s 200,000-device after-sales ecosystem, now supports my work across specification engineering, FAT/SAT support, PLC/MES integration, MVP/API delivery, and customer-facing solution design. • Specification Engineering: Reviewed railway signalization requirements against CENELEC and IEC 61508 principles, preparing HIMA equivalence arguments and HQ clarification inputs.
